Here, you will be able to configure fields applicable to an idea, allowing the following:

  • Mark fields as enabled: Fields that are not enabled will not appear within an idea
  • Mark as required: This will require the field to be captured
  • Mark as filterable: Use this field to filter for ideas
  • Make available on the Column Picker
  • Reorder: Change the display order of the fields


To Add a new field (Custom field), click on Add and type the name of the new field populating all required fields. 


The Primary Fields will be displayed on the Ideas Overview page and the Secondary fields will be displayed under "Show more".
