The system is designed to display information and Menu items that you have access to as per your assigned role(s). If you try to access a restricted functionality you will be presented with an Access Denied screen.

For example:
The below will only occur when the user is either not assigned a Role or if the role assigned is not given permissions.

To verify and correct this you will need to navigate as follows:

  1. Administration.
  2. Users - Click on the user in question.
  3. Scroll down to the Roles section.
  4. If there's a role assigned, verify that it has all required permissions(Administration > Roles) or
  5. Add the required Role and Save.

After the changes, the user will be required to log out and back in for the changes to take effect.
