An API key is needed for accessing data from the PiPware APIs.
Steps to generate the key
- Log into PiPware with the user that will be accessing data via the APIs
- Navigate to the user Profile by clicking on the user bubble top right and then Edit next to Profile.
- Click the Refresh icon under API Key.
- Copy the key and save somewhere secure for future use
