In the event the user has forgotten their password, there are two methods this can be reset:
- Firstly, the user can click on the “Forgot Password?” link. This would require entering their username. This method would then send a reset link to the user’s email address. Please ensure that the email addresses have been set up and are correct.
- The second step would be for the user to contact a system admin who is then able to reset the password by navigating to “Administration”, selecting “Users” and then finding the user and then clicking the reset password button on the line record of the user, left of the delete button, the admin can then enter a new password.
Note: It is good practice for the user to then change their password after successful login.
