Support Icon
To access the support widget, you will first need to click on the Help icon then click on the Support Widget Icon or Bot.
The following dialog allows the user to create a support ticket for assistance from the PIPware support team.
Note: Should you not see the 'Support Widget' icon, please ask your system administrator to activate it for your user profile (via the administration settings).
