This is where the sub departments used across the system are specified. A sub department can be deleted from the list in the page. To edit a sub department, click on the sub department name to be redirected to the sub department edit page. To add a new sub department, click on the 'Add' button on the top right. 

• Name: compulsory and will be used as an identifier in the system.
• KPI and Idea sequence: This will be a setup, described below which links to the department for the numbering of the KPI or Idea. The numbering is setup on the Sequences page.

Note: A sub department needs to be linked to a department.
