To view all the current KPIs click the “KPIs” menu. This will take you to a new page where all the active KPIs are displayed.


Click on a column header to sort, add or remove columns from the grid. The grid columns may also be resized. The grid layout is then stored when navigating away to other screens.



Clicking on an individual KPI Name will take you to the KPI Chart. 


Use the filters to search for specific KPIs.


Click on the KPI Code to reveal a drop-down of all the KPI screens applicable to that particular KPI.


Code:


The KPI code is the unique identifier assigned to the KPI, each KPI must be assigned a unique identifier.
The unique identifier can be an alphanumeric combination consisting of 10 characters. A KPI cannot be created without a unique identifier or a unique identifier that has already been used. The unique identifier is used by the application to:

  • Link KPI tracking import value to the KPI
  • Link the KPI to an idea

Name:


This field will contain the name of the KPI, and display the name throughout the application. Users can capture any name for the KPI. KPIs with the same name are permitted on the application.


Unit of Measure:


This field displays the KPI’s unit of measure.


Baseline:


Allows users to capture the baseline figure for the KPI, which will be displayed in the:

  • RAR module – KPI summary graph
  • Idea form – KPI baseline figure
  • Idea form – KPI tracking graph

Latest Value and Date:


The Latest Value displays the latest tracking values for each KPI entry.
The Latest Value Date displays the date of the latest tracking values for each KPI entry.

Create KPI:

Click the Add (  ) to create a new KPI. This will take you to the KPI Edit Screen.
