Link KPIs for tracking to each new idea under the tracking sub-section.

The Tracking KPI selection will display all the KPIs within the application that the user can add to the idea form. Adding the KPIs to the idea form will enable the user to track the performance of the KPI throughout the ideas progress (under the Details tab, KPI tracking).

All input KPIs in the idea’s VDT will be automatically added to KPI tracking, along with their baselines and targets (as stated in the VDT).

The user will be able to graphically view the KPIs performance against, baseline and target figures, on the KPI Chart of the idea (in KPI tracking, under Details).
