Overview of RAR Reports

The Reports section allows you to select specific reports and add them to the current RAR.

Add a Report: 

• Add a new Report by clicking the Add (  ) button.
• Available RAR Reports:
  • Cumulative Pipeline
  • Cumulative Benefits
  • Ideas Pipeline Summary
  • Ideas Progress By Department
  • RAR Compliance
  • RAR Quality
  • Custom Power BI Reports

View a Report: Click on a Report Name in the grid to view that particular report.

Edit a Report: Click on the Gear (  ) icon to edit a report’s properties.

Delete a Report: Click on the Delete (  ) icon to remove a report from this RAR.

RAR Cumulative Pipeline Report

The cumulative pipeline chart is shown on this screen. Filter accordingly. The filter settings are saved.

RAR Ideas Pipeline Summary Report

The Ideas pipeline will be automatically filtered by the Department chosen on the Cover Page.

The “Ideas Pipeline” shows the same report as the one under the reporting tab for the relevant department.

Use the legend to toggle which items are viewed on the chart. 

RAR Ideas Progress by Department Report

This Report shows the top ideas by value, as well as the top ideas progressing in through the stages.

The report will be automatically filtered by the Department chosen on the Cover Page.

Click on the idea identifier to drill down into more details about a specific idea.

Filter the number of ideas to show in each category.

RAR Compliance or Quality Report

This report tracks compliance or quality where the user is the RAR reviewee or reviewer.

The report shows compliance or quality over the last 6 periods.
