The workplan function displays a Gantt chart of all the activities attached to the program. It can be found in the drop-down menu under "Workplan". 

A - Activity Task State

B - Drag and drop an activity to a new order in the Gantt

C - Create new activity

D - Critical Path: Used to display the critical path that can be followed

Expand: Expands or Collapses the items in the Gantt

Months: Changes the view of the Gantt timeline, adjusting it by timeframe
