The Program Review setting allows for setting up a meeting at the Program level; meetings can also be recurring. 

Edit Meeting Schedule 

Once Edit Meeting Schedule is selected, the meeting parameters can be defined. 

Meeting Instance

The meeting instance allows to capture all meeting information, similar to the general "Capture Meetings" screen above.
