The Change Request screen shows all change requests that have been created within the initiative, and the status of each.
A new change request can be created via the Add button:
Next, the Change Request is named:
The Change Request checklist then appears and can be filled and submitted for approval:
Once you submit the request, you can view & download the status of the checklist:
A full audit of the steps, approvers, and timeline can be traced, similar to the Initiative workflow:
If you are an approver, you can either Approve or Reject the Change Request:
