Quickly define and set-up each meeting in the system – takes a few minutes only.
Defining your meetings allows you to specify its frequency and participants.
Upon save, all participants will receive an iCal event in their mailbox allowing them to add the meeting to their calendars.
Once defined, your meetings will be available in the Capture Meetings screen.
When a meeting definition is updated, you will get a popup confirmation to send the updated invitation to all recipients, i.e. Yes will Save and Send updated email.
