The system's default language is set to English, and as a result, there may be a requirement to customize or translate the Workflows to a different language. To do so, you will need to do the following:
Note this is an Administration functionality.
Navigate to Administration > Idea definitions - Then click on the idea definition in question. (The Name field is user-editable as a result can be translated to any language by the user).
In addition to translating the name of the Idea Definition, you can translate the name(s) of the Workflows/Checklist. This can be done by clicking on Workflows located on the top-right hand corner as displayed in the image above.
You will then be presented with the list of available Workflows for the selected Idea Definition, as per the image below.
To translate the name and questions of a particular Workflow, you will need to select it - this will then present the dialog below. These fields are user-editable.
To view the list of questions, you will need to select the "Items" tab, you will then be able to Edit a question by clicking on it and changing the Text to be as desired; then click on Save.
Please remember to also Save the whole idea definition by clicking the green Save button.
