Overview

This section allows you to configure the options to determine what data will be displayed on the KPI Chart. A well-structured chart layout can significantly enhance data interpretation and decision-making. The layout determines how data points are visualized, labeled, and organized, making it easier for users to understand trends, comparisons, and insights.

Chart Options

After clicking on the KPI name, the Chart screen of the KPI will open (Alternatively, if it doesn't open automatically when clicking on the KPI name, you can access it by clicking on the three-bar menu and selecting the Chart option on the list). Located on that screen is the chart Options configuration icon that appears at the top-right corner of the screen.  Upon clicking on the options icon, a pop-up screen, similar to the screenshot below, will appear on the right side of the screen:

On the Chart options, you can configure/edit the options as follows. The Min and Max setting determines the minimum and maximum values displayed on the chart. You can also set the Performance Period, which specifies the period used to determine the KPI's performance. In addition, you can input a number on each Period to determine how many bars the chart will display. On the Decimal section, select the number of decimal places to be shown on the chart values. You can also check the boxes for additional data display of the Three Month Average, YTD Values, Custom Targets and Actuals Forecast on the chart. Once all the changes have been complete, click "Save" to preserve the options and/or "Reset" to clear any inputted data.
