Overview
You can edit details of a meeting series by following these steps below:
- Navigate to the Management > Meetings module. On the Meetings Schedule view, select the meeting from the calendar and click on the Edit icon.
On the Meetings Card View, select the 3-dot menu and click on Edit
Please note that only the meeting administrator can edit a meeting series. These permissions are found under the role permissions in Administration
Details Tab
The Details Tab can be found upon clicking on the 3bar menu and selecting Details
Purpose, Payoff, Preparation
In the Details field, you can enter the details on the 1Purpose, Payoff and Preparation of the meeting. You can also 2edit these items by using the editing options located at the top of each detail. On the right side of the screen, you can 3remove participants by clinking on the bin icon next to each participant, or add meeting participants by clicking on 4+Add at the bottom of the section. Next to the organiser, click on the 5tickbox to add the organiser of the meeting as a participant.
Upon clicking on the drop-down menu under Details, the following screen appears:
In the Details section, you can edit the meeting 1Start Time, 2Duration, when the 3Meeting Reminder should be sent out, the meeting 4Location, 5Time Zone and the 6Meeting Link if the meeting will take place remotely. In addition, you can set the 7Recurring frequency of the meeting, the number of times it should be 8repeated, on which day/s as well as the end date of the meeting series on the 9Until section. You also have a view of the date which the 10Next 5 meeting Occurrences will take place.
Settings section
Upon clicking on the drop-down menu under Settings, the following screen appears:
In the Settings section, you can enter the 1Portfolio applicable for the meeting series as well asl the number of 2Reporting Days. Reporting Days is the date in which KPIs and Reports are evaluated. In addition, you can input any applicable 3Tags, select the 4Meeting Quality Questions as well as the applicable Meeting Category.
The Meeting Quality Questions as well as the Meeting Categories can be edited on the Administration > Meetings module.
Once all the desired changes have been implemented, click on the Save button located at the top-right corner of the screen.
Meeting Targets Tab
You also have the option to add Targets to the meeting series by selecting the Target option from the 3-bar menu.
This opens the targets screen similar to the screenshot below:
In the Meeting Targets screen, you can edit the 1Compliance level, 2Quality and 3Participation on an existing target. You can also 4remove a target by clicking on the bin icon next to the target item. Add a target by clicking on the 5+Add button located on the bottom of the screen. Once your desired targets have been added, remember to click the 6Save button located at the top-right corner of the screen.
Process Tab
The Process section can be accessed by selecting the Process option on the 3-bar menu
In this screen, you can add a process by clicking on the 1+Add button located at the bottom of the section. In addition, you can edit an existing process name by clicking on the 2process name to update the name of the process. Update or allocate an existing participant by selecting the participant from the drop-down menu on 3Select Participant Responsible, as well as 4delete an existing process by clicking on the bin icon next to it. Under each process, you can add additional info by clicking on each process on the far right and select the desired additional info to be added under process.
