TitleThis field contains the title of the idea. Titles cannot be duplicated. Titles can contain alphanumeric characters. Idea form titles cannot be duplicated. Idea titles must be unique in order for the idea to be imported.N/AN/AVariable Character (200)
OwnerThis field contains the owner of the idea. The users need to be created on the system in order to be identified as owners of an idea. This field can be blank, the record will be imported. UserFirst user on the list of the systemLookup (Users)
FacilitatorThis field contains the facilitator of the idea. The users need to be created on the system in order to be identified as facilitators of an idea. This field can be blank, the record will be imported. 


Structure Level 1This is an indication of the department(Structure Level 1) the idea belongs to. The department(Structure Level 1) selected must match up with the departments(Structure Level 1s) saved on the system.If there is a spelling mistake or the department(Structure Level 1) selected on the import does not meet the departments(Structure Level 1) saved on the system, the record will still be allowed to be imported onto the system. However, the department(Structure Level 1) field will be empty. This will be determined by the users and the codes they associate with the Department(Structure Level 1). Structure Level 2  This is an indication of the sub-department(Structure Level 2) the idea will belong to. The sub-department(Structure Level 2) selected must match up with the sub-departments(Structure Level 2) saved on the system.If there is a spelling mistake or the sub-department(Structure Level 2) selected on the import does not meet the sub-departments(Structure Level 2) saved on the system, the record will still be allowed to be imported onto the system. However, the sub-department(Structure Level 2) field will be empty. This will be determined by the users and the codes they associate with the Sub Department(Structure Level 2). All codes will be unique. 
Lookup (Sub Departments(Structure Level 2))
Structure Level 3This is an indication of the Team(Structure Level 3) the idea is associated with. This value must be valid by the system. The team(Structure Level 3) selected must match up with the teams(Structure Level 3) saved on the system.If there is a spelling mistake or the team(Structure Level 3) selected on the import does not meet the teams(Structure Level 3) saved on the system, the record will still be allowed to be imported onto the system. However, the team(Structure Level 3) field will be empty. This will be determined by the users and the codes they associate with the Team(Structure Level 3).
