These are the changes coming with version 2.9.

Note: The team is constantly improving the general performance of the system.

New Features: 


  • Administration:  Technology Readiness Level (TRL) and Commercial Readiness Index (CRI) fields are now configurable system fields in Idea/Initiative fields.
  • Cash Flow: Updated system labels from 'One-off cost' to 'Cash Out' and 'One-off benefit' to 'Cash In'.

  • Emissions Initiative: Add the capability to manage Emissions Scopes for Emissions Non-Financial Benefit(NFB).

  • Emissions Initiative: Introduced notifications and audits for adding/removing Emissions NFBs.

  • Initiative/Idea VDT: Added a setting to exclude a Non-Financial Benefit (NFB) 'Reference' node value from being reported in various outputs (e.g., Lists, Widgets, Reports, APIs, RARs, Meetings).
  • Emissions Initiative Impact: Added a Refresh button for updated data.

  • Emissions MACC: Added the capability to hide/deselect Initiatives from the chart.

  • Emissions MACC: Added the capability to trigger calculations when Emissions Initiatives 'Annualized Value' is updated while in Manual Capture.

  • Emissions Fuel Type: Added an "+Add Fuel Type" row at the footer of the table.

  • Emissions Scenario Planning: Excel downloads now include all Emission Years.

  • Emissions MACC: The Technology Readiness Level (TRL) and Commercial Readiness Index (CRI) fields are now visible in the default/normal view.

  • Emissions: Initiative Scope handling for MACC and Initiative Impact tables.

  • MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication): Enabled users to bypass MFA challenges on "this device" for a specified number of days.

  • Navigation: Enabled navigation to other pages via the side menu and menu commands while loading is in progress in the following modules:
    • Value Hound
    • KPIs
    • Initiatives/Ideas
    • Emissions

  • Privacy: Added a Privacy Notice to WiredUp on the login page and Footer.

Bug Fixes: 

  • Resolved an issue where the Top 25 widgets were not displaying data in the Sites field.
  • Fixed a bug where the Cash Flow Forecast import function was only importing names and categories, but not numerical values.
  • Corrected the issue where email notification links were missing the site domain, rendering the links invalid.
  • Addressed a localization issue in the KPI Configuration.
  • Implemented a restriction to prevent the selection of CRI without a corresponding TRL selection.
  • Fixed an error that occurred when saving a name change on the Main Dashboard.
  • Corrected the application of the 'from date' filter in the RAR Compliance report.
  • Resolved an inner exception error when adding a sequence number on Portfolios.
  • Fixed an issue where setting a value to zero was not persisting in the Fuel Types table.
  • Addressed an error that was displayed when accessing the Scheduled Exports page.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented the deletion of an idea/initiative.
  • Corrected the Excel download functionality to recognize the UOM format update in Emissions Scenario Planning.

For Version 2.9.1 (Released 18/12/2024): 

  • Resolved an issue that was preventing file imports, ensuring compatibility with the updated security measures.
