These are the changes coming with version 2.10.

Note: The team is constantly improving the general performance of the system.


New Features: 


  • APIs
    • Included the KPI records URL and KPI Custom Targets for the Bulk Data KPIs API.
    • Included the Idea/Initiative Record URL for the Bulk Ideas API.
    • Enabled the Organisational Structure API to return data without needing the includeSiteNames parameter.

  • Cash Flow
    • Introduced a site setting allowing users to define which Pipeline Stage should lock/disable the Investment Evaluation table.


    • Enhanced the 'Copy Forward' feature to repeat values or apply the annual growth rate for a specified period.


    • A warning message was added to the Investment Evaluation table when values from the Cash Flow table were added or updated.


    • Applied the 'Edit Ideas' role permission to the Cash Flow page.


    • Improved table layout for better UI/UX coherence.

    • Displayed default values as a dash for improved UI/UX coherence.

    • Applied the existing 'Calculate Current Month Benefit' site setting to the Cash Flow table.


    • Standardized the Cashflow Actuals/Forecast Templates and Imports to use Excel date formats, allowing dates to be dragged to any column and autofill date formats appropriately.


  • Emissions
    • Added an Emissions setting to define which Ideas/Initiatives in the Pipeline Stage should be sourced to the MACC page.


    • Included audit capability on MACC and Initiative Impact for Ideas/Initiatives meeting the Display Criteria.


    • Added a detailed information message to the Idea/Initiative VDT import dialogue for importing Emissions Nodes.


    • Retired the Single select Emissions Scope field from the Initiative Overview page, Creation page, Concepts and Administration>Initiative Fields page.

  • Ideas/Initiatives 
    • Enhanced filtering by separating the single On-Hold/Cancelled option in the Status field into two separate options.


    • Defaulted filtering to Active, Approved Status and the logged-in Site Portfolio/Organisational Structure.


  • UI/UX Refresh: 
    • Standardized page layout which will be progressively implemented across our modules, updated in:
      • Idea/Initiative creation page
      • Pipeline Targets Module
      • RAR Module
      • Value Hound VDT Definition page

  • VDTs
    • Updated the label of the Idea/Initiative setting in the VDT and Benefit Duration Slideout from 'Annualized Benefit' to 'Distribute Benefit', for clarity of the settings functionality.




    • Enhanced importing and retrieving of Value Hound VDTs from the Library to retain linked VDTs as stored.

    • Improved display of saved VDTs in the Library List on the 'Import From VDT' field to distinguish between Value Hound and Idea/Initiative VDTs.



Bug Fixes: 

  • Resolved formatting issues on the Idea/Initiative Overview page where text fields (Situation, Complication, Solution) were not saving correctly.
  • Fixed a page error that occurred when clicking on the Initiative Card View in Portfolios.
  • Corrected an issue with downloading the Excel Workplan that displayed invalid dates.
  • Resolved incorrect bar colours in the KPI Chart Widget on the Idea/Initiative Performance page, ensuring they match the configured KPI settings.
  • Fixed an Object Reference Error that appeared when importing Cash Flow Actual/Forecast Data.
  • Resolved an issue on the Workplan where the parent action was not updating correctly when actions were marked as completed.
  • Fixed an undefined description issue on the Help Slide for the RAR Compliance Rules page.
  • Resolved value discrepancies in the Cumulative Pipeline Report when filtering by department in the portfolio/organisation structure.
  • Fixed an unresponsive message issue on the Idea/Initiative VDT page.
  • Resolved an issue preventing users from accessing Meeting Settings despite having 'Manage Meetings' permissions.
