Within an idea card the following colour statuses indicate:

• The action status bar, which is located to the left of every idea card, indicates the status of actions within an idea. Red indicates actions are overdue, whilst green can indicate actions are on course. 
• The two-box indicators within an idea card, represent the stage the idea is supposed to be in within the current month. The next box represents the next months' forecasts stage.
• If an Idea is not within the stage it is meant to be in, for example, the idea should be in Cash Flowing but is behind, in Implementing,  the card will have a red highlight to the left of the card. This is calculated by the target date( either original or revised target date, based on the effective target date source setting).
