Users may not see specific RAR Tabs or Sections due to configurations of their user profile.

To correct this, you would need to navigate to the User's profile found in Administration->Users->Select the user.

Scroll down to the RAR section of the User edit page and enable/tick the relevant sections of the RAR that should be visible.

The user would need to log out and back in in order to see the changes made.
