Even though a user may have the necessary permissions to view Ideas or KPI's, PIPware has an extra layer of access that is assigned to the user profile.


This layer of access provides the user with a specific department/sub-department access for KPI or Ideas. This would be more specific access granted to the Idea & KPI per department or if applicable sub-department. If Super User is enabled, the user would then have unrestricted access to the Idea and or KPI for the selected department or sub-department including confidential data.


Multiple access levels can be created for the user.


To edit or grant a user profile access you will need to navigate to Administration->Users->Select the user then scroll down to the Access tab (Highlighted below).
