The application uses the browser cache to remember your search criteria(s) and use it the next time you log in, it also stores information helping the system's responsiveness.


The cache can be corrupted or out of sync, in such cases, follow the steps below:


  1. Log in to the system using your credentials
  2. Right-click on the screen and select Inspect.
  3. Alternatively, click on the three-dot menu for Settings and More located at the top-right corner of the search bar, then select More Tools > Developer Tools.
  4. Select the Application feature, then on the left side of the screen, click the drop-down arrows for Local Storage, Session Storage, and Cookies. Right-click on your WiredUp URL and select Clear to clear the cache.

  5. You may need to log out and log back in again for the effects to take place.
