The application uses the browser cache to remember your search criteria(s) and use it the next time you log in, it also stores information helping the system's responsiveness.

The cache can be corrupted or out of sync, in such cases, follow the steps below:

You can follow these steps to clear all cached data:
  1. Whilst logged into PiPware
  2. Right-click and select Inspect (displayed in Figure 1)
  3. Click Application. 
  4. Under Local Storage click on the entry
    1. Click the Clear All button displayed in Figure 2. 
  5. Repeat the above for Session storage and Cookies. (highlighted below).

Once you complete the steps above, you must log back in.
