Please note the application uses the browser cache to remember your search criteria(s) for the next time you log in.

Unfortunately, this can get corrupted which results in blank pages, to resolve this issue you will need to do the following.

Try and clear all cached data either by pressing the keys Ctrl + F5 or by right-clicking on the tab that loaded PIPware and select inspect as displayed below. The keyboard shortcut is F12.

Then click on Application(highlighted red), Expand Local Storage and click on the site URL i.e. (highlighted green) clear all cached data by clicking the icon highlighted purple.

Once you have completed the above you will be required to log back in.
