PIPware support can be reached through the following:

  • Email: Send us an email on support@pipware.net
  • In-App contact: You can log a support request, inquiry, etc. from PIPware. To do so, click the "?" icon then click the support widget icon. This will open a form that would need to be completed.

What should I include in a support ticket?

When contacting support, the following details are required

  • PIPware URL
  • Username
  • Screenshots
  • Any attachments/files used
  • Additional details that can assist us with the investigations, common details to include are KPI code, Idea Number, filters applied, if any, etc. 

What happens when I log an enhancement or feature request?
