The system does not default to a Review Date that falls within a previous Review period when adding a new RAR, this only occurs when a RAR was not Completed within its review period.

To correct the date(s), click on the three dots then select Configure Current Rar as highlighted below:

You will be presented with the following screen, where you can correct the dates. You can also edit the Reviewer for this particular RAR instance.
