Overview
The KPI Toolbar provides additional functionality within the KPI Module. The toolbar options will change based on the
section you are in. These options appear when you click on the three-bar menu that appears on the left side of the title when you click on a KPI. See the below for Chart, Configuration and Values toolbar options.
References
First, let's elaborate on the icons displayed at the top of the screen. Click References on the right-hand corner of the screen. References displays the list of Ideas/Initiatives, VDT or KPIs where this particular KPI is being used. References is viewable in Chart, Configuration and Values tabs.
Copy
You can copy a KPI by clicking the Copy button displayed also on the top-right corner of the screen. This will open the Copy options screen similar as the screenshot below. You can select which options to copy by ticking on the boxes for each and click save. The Copy icon is also displayed in Chart, Configuration and Values tabs.
Audit
Click the Audit icon in the right hand corner of the screen to view the Change Log of all the changes made on the KPI, similar to the screenshot below. The Audit icon is displayed in Chart, Configuration and Values tabs.
KPI Chart Options
When you click on the Chart option under the three-bar menu, a similar screen to the one above should appear. This screen includes an Option config icon located at the top-right of the chart. This icon is used to display and configure the options available for displaying the KPI chart as preferred. Upon clicking this Option icon, a similar screen to the one below should appear:

KPI Configuration
Upon clicking on the Configuration option on the three-bar menu, the screen to configure the KPI appears similar to the screenshot below (a similar screen layout appears when you add a KPI). The Configuration screen includes a Save button to save the KPI once the applicable configuration has been complete.

Values
Upon clicking on the Values option on the three-bar menu, the screen that displays the KPI appears as below. In this screen you can 1Add a value at the bottom of the screen or 2Edit the values by clicking on each cell of the column. The screen also displays the 3Unit of Measure that the KPI is measured in. The options to 4Save or 5Filter the KPI values appear at the top-right side of the screen. Upon clicking on the Filter icon, a screen similar as the one below will appear on the right side of the screen where you can select the From Date and To Date to filter for, as well as the Clear button to clear the filters.
