Overview

For Ideas/Initiatives set to Manual Capture, you can manually record monthly benefits for that idea or initiative. This setting can be found on the Initiative > Overview page. For VDT capture initiatives, the monthly benefits are derived from the VDT.

Setting Actual Monthly Benefits

To set Actual Monthly benefits for an initiative, follow these steps below:

1. Navigate to Initiative > Benefit ($)
   
   
2. Select the Actual Monthly Benefit option at the top-right corner of the screen.
   
   
3. This will open the Actual Monthly Benefit side panel. Enter the date and value of the actual monthly benefit, then click Save. Use the icons on the side to insert comments or delete the benefit entry.
   
4. These values will appear on the Benefit chart.
   
   
   
5. On the Benefit Grid view, the actual monthly benefit will be displayed on the Benefit for Month row
