Roles assigned to users determine their access to different aspects of the system.

A user with admin rights can assist with this, by navigating as follows:

1. Click the settings icon at the top right.

2. Select Users and check the roles assigned to the user

3. Click the back icon and select Roles

4. Select the Role assigned to the user.

5. Tick all the required boxes to enable access to import and click save..
