Importing Fuel Type Emissions Factors
Overview
The Fuel Types section displays the list of fuels that are used by the organisation. WiredUp will deploy a starting data set with a list of fuels and corresponding information for each. The user can also input new fuel types if it isn't within the default data set.
Configuring Fuel Types
Navigate to Impact > Emissions, then click on the three-bar menu on the left-hand side, then click Fuel Types. | ![]() |
The Fuel Types page will display. Depending on permissions, users can edit and add fuel type information in line. To create a new fuel type entry, start by entering the name of the fuel type in +Add.

Note: Fuel Type and Fuel Combusted are shared between all locations enterprise-wide while the Emission Factors are siet specific. Each site will share the same list of Fuel Types and Fuel Combusted entries but must enter/import factors for their site specifically.
Warning: Changing fuel type data entries require appropriate permissions to be allocated. See Setting permissions for Emissions Management.
