Overview
Fuel Consumption Actual and Forecasts, Fuel Types, and Electricity can be imported using the built-in Imports/Exports feature. The data must first be formatted into the provided data template before importing.
The Imports/Exports function can be located on the top menu bar under More. | |
For Scenario Planning, a shortcut button is provided. |
Importing Data
Click to choose if you wish to Import, Export or Schedule Exports | |
Click on Templates to open the list of data templates you can use | |
Click on Add once the data is formatted and ready to be uploaded | |
Your uploaded data will appear here |
Clicking on Templates will bring up a list of all the data templates available. You must select the one that matches the data you are trying to import. The Emission Management Tool will prompt you to download a copy of the data template. | |
Using Emissions Fuel Types as an example, you need to download the "Emission Fuel Types" template and ensure the order of your data matches the header in the template. |
Warning: When importing "Forecast" data, the data can only contain future-dated value.

After clicking on +Add, The following dialog box will open
Select the Import Type that matches the Template you downloaded earlier | |
Drag or select your file in the File area. Click "Save" when the desired file has been recognized |
