Initiative Impact Chart Recalculation
The following scenarios will cause the Initiative Impact chart to recalculate
- through a daily automated system scheduler, all initiatives on the page will be recalculated at midnight. Once the recalculation has been complete, a 'Last Calculated' note will be displayed at the top of the chart.
- changing the 'Stop Forecasting Initiatives at' setting in the Emissions Setting section (which currently only affects per site). Kindly note that it may take approximately 30 minutes for the recalculation of the initiatives to be complete.
- when an update to a selected Initiative's Ongoing/Forecast benefit occurs. Clicking the Refresh button on the Initiative Impact chart will trigger the recalculation of the Initiative Impact.
Once any of the above scenarios have been updated (except for the daily automatic system scheduler), the Initiative Impact will display a 'Calculation in Progress' note as well as a notification that the Initiative Impact Recalculation has started.
Once the Initiative Impact recalculation has been complete, a Recalculation Completed notification and a Last Calculated note will be displayed at the top of the page.
The changes made will also be displayed on the notification panel, showing the username of the person who made the update, as well as the reason for the update.
