One of the widgets you can display on your dashboard is the Total Benefit Delivered Widget. This widget displays the Total Benefit Delivered to date within the portfolio.

Calculation Explained

Total Benefits to Date widget takes into account all the initiatives within the portfolio that are either active, approved or completed. These values are calculated using the last actual/forecast value to date in your benefits table. Also note that the forecast value includes forecasts that are set as Percentage or Amount or KPI actuals forecast. 

To manually audit the value displayed on the widget, add the Benefit Delivered secondary field to the Idea Pipeline view using the Column Picker.

Filter for Active, Approve and Completed Ideas as well as for your portfolio if applicable.

Sum up the Benefit Delivered value and that should equal the value displayed on your Total Benefits To Date widget
