If you/user have not received the 6-digit code in order to log into the system, follow any of these steps:
- Check that the email that is on the user profile is the correct/valid email address. This can be done by following these steps:
- navigate to Administration
- click on Users and navigate to the user profile
- check that the email address on the user's profile is the correct/valid email address
Note: you need to contact your system administrator if you do not have access to Administration > Users
2. If the user's email has been established to be correct, the code may have been sent to the Spam folder. The user may check their email Spam folder for the code.
