Current Pipeline:

This will display the active (current, not status) value of the initiative based on its current stage, regardless of whether the initiative is ahead or behind schedule. If the current stage is "evaluating," but it should be "cash flowing," the system will report the initiative as "evaluating" since this reflects its "current" or actual position in the pipeline.

Cumulative Pipeline:

This report is driven by the applied filters and works in intervals from the specified date, building the number of required periods.

The report provides initiative values for a month based on each initiative's timeline. If the system contains 100 initiatives and 20 of these are meant to be in the "Implementing" stage (though only 5 are/were in that stage during that month), it will display all 20 as per the timeline.

For past months, the system uses the initiative stage's actual dates specified on the initiative timeline. When generating the forecast region (indicated with a grey background), it considers the initiative timeline stage's target dates.

Each month, the system accumulates all the initiative values of the ideas that are supposed to be in that stage by that month, based on the initiative stage target dates specified on the initiative.
