If you cannot view any or some reports from the Reports module, it may be due to not having the required Role permissions to be able to view Reports. Follow these steps to enable the permission or kindly contact your system administrator to enable the permissions for you.

  1. Navigate to the Administration module and select Roles under the System section.


  2. Select the role that is applicable to you or the user from the list of roles displayed.
  3. Under Permissions, select the Reports drop-down and click the tick-box next to the report that you would like to enable for the user. The user may be required to clear cache and login again to be able to view the selected report.


Note: role report permissions are displayed based whether instance is on PMO or CI as well as based on features enabled in the system.
