Some KPIs don't show the values that that they have been updated with in the chart and in VDTs even though they appear on at the KPI values columns. To solve this, change the 'Target Frequency' from Monthly to Daily in the Settings section of 'Sum of period' (see attached screenshot).
This will then generate the expected chart Below:
