The following can result in an Action not appearing on a user's dashboard:

  • Please confirm if the actions are indeed assigned to you.

If the above is true, please see below on how to configure your dashboard to display as many actions as possible:

Select the Dashboard in question from your dashboard list, and click the gear icon on the top-right to edit the dashboard.

You will need to edit the actions widget by doing the following: 

  1. Click the Gear icon on the actions widget highlighted yellow below
  2. When the dialog is displayed, change the Due Days from 14 to a bigger number that will include the Due Date of the action that needs to be displayed(Highlighted Red below)
  3. Click on Apply and on the Green Save button (Highlighted Green below) to save the config changes made on the dashboard.
