To resolve this, please ensure that the following are satisfied:

  1. The scheduled download job has completed and the notification message displayed in your browser. See example below:
  2. Also, confirm that the Job is available from your Tasks List, and the download button is visible. To see your Task list click on the icon highlighted in red above.

If your download does not begin it could mean it is being blocked by the browser.  See below:

  • You will need to click on the highlighted item above and click always allow pop-ups from the PIPware Site.
