- Mentioning the name of the page where the issue was observed
- Describing what you are trying to achieve
- Explaining what the outcome was and how it is different from what was expected
- Describing where you are viewing the outcome i.e. download or system etc.
- Try to be as specific as possible
- Ensure you have attached any uploaded or downloaded files
- Proving a screenshot helps a lot
- If the request is on behalf of another user, specify the name of the user who is affected
