The system has a Site setting called Report Date Default Days located on Administration > Settings, see the image below. When viewing a KPI chart the Report Date is determined by subtracting the specified number from the current day.

Note, PIPware is configured to report on the current day by default, as a result, to display all KPI charts from yesterday you will need to set the setting to 2.
