The RAR sections that a user is allowed to see is configured on the user administration screen. This is located on Administration > Users > (Select the profile of the user in question), assign the required sections as displayed below.
i.e. Under the RAR Sections, the selected or checked items are the sections that the user is allowed to see. When they view their RARs.
Note, this user will not be able to see resources and reports when they click on a RAR since they are not checked or selected, as per the image above.
