Organisational Structure Configuration Settings
Overview
A user will be required to have permission to own and manage Organisation Structures. This can be done under Administration > Users > then assign the required roles and save (Create and Edit User)

Organisational Structure Configuration Settings
To set up the Organisational Structure, follow the below steps:
- On the ribbon tab, click Administration. If the Administration tab does not appear on your ribbon, click on the drop down menu under More on the ribbon and select Administration from the list.
- Under the General section, click Organisational Structure and you will be presented with an overview page. (This overview page appears after a new root has been created).
- On the 3bar menu, select Site Configuration
- This will display the site configuration page where you can configure the settings associated with a site. For more information on these configuration settings, please see the following article: Site Configuration Section : Helpdesk
Note: You can have multiple children under one parent and they will all appear at the bottom of the page, displaying which parent (Parent Root Name) they belong to.
