Overview

A user will be required to have permission to own and manage Organisation Structures. This can be done under Administration > Users > then assign the required roles and save (Create and Edit User)

Setting Up the Organisational Structure

To set up the Organisational Structure, follow the below steps:


  • On the ribbon tab, click Administration. If the Administration tab does not appear on your ribbon, click on the drop down menu under More on the ribbon and select Administration from the list.


  • Under the General section, click Organisational Structure and you will be presented with an overview page. (This overview page appears after a new root has been created).


    Displays all the parent and child roots within the organisational structure

    Displays the relevant details of the site such as Name, Type, Access, etc
    Configure the settings of the organisational structure which is displayed as follows:

    Click on the button to create a child root for the structure


    On this screen, you can enter the Code, Name, Owner, the appropriate Idea and KPI Sequence, a desired Icon as well as the Parent object which the child object will be built underOnce all the relevant details have been entered, click the Save button on the top right of the Add Child screen.


Note: You can have multiple children under one parent and they will all appear at the bottom of the page, displaying which parent (Parent Root Name) they belong to.



How to set up an Organisational Structure

System Administration Settings
